By submitting my name below, I endorse the candidacy of Judge Omar Mason for Re-Election to the position of Civil District Court Judge, Division “E”, Orleans Parish, State of Louisiana, in the Fall 2020 primary election and, if necessary, any general or runoff election for the said seat. I also agree to be a member of the Committee to Re-Elect Judge Omar Mason. I authorize the use of my name, title, photograph and voice in any campaign announcement stationery, advertisement, or publication, including print, newspaper, radio, television, internet, social media, public announcements and any other form of advertising, in support of Judge Omar Mason for Re-Election as Civil District Court Judge, Division “E”, Orleans Parish, State of Louisiana and/or fundraising activities related to the same.
